Little Plate accounts are parent and guardian accounts. You must be at least 18 to hold one. Children do not create Little Plate accounts and never sign in. A child takes part only through a private link you control, which covers one child and one week, expires automatically and can be revoked by you at any time. You enter your children’s details and you authorise their participation.
Parents control the household and make the final meal decisions. Portion factors are cooking estimates. Recipe ingredient filtering does not guarantee allergy safety: check ingredient labels, substitutions and cross-contact. Adults supervise cooking tasks and handle knives, raw meat and heat.
Recurring plans: CHF 14.90 / month; CHF 149 / year; CHF 0.90 / day; CHF 4.90 / week. Day and Week have no free trial and are charged immediately. Eligible households receive one 7-day free trial on Month or Year, with a payment method required. The Year plan saves CHF 29.80 compared with twelve monthly payments.
Launch offer: for the first 100 households, Month and Year begin with 14 days free instead of 7, followed by a reduced first payment — Month: 14 days free, then 50% off your first month — CHF 7.45. After that CHF 14.90 per month. Year: 14 days free, then CHF 14.90 off your first year — CHF 134.10. After that CHF 149 per year. The reduction applies once, to the first payment only; every payment after that is at the standard price. The launch offer counts as the household’s one welcome: a household that takes it does not also receive a separate free trial, and it is available once per household on one plan. Day and Week are not included. The offer may be withdrawn at any time, and withdrawing it does not affect a household that has already started one.
Day and Week renew automatically from the first payment; Month and Year renew automatically after any eligible trial, at the stated interval and price. Paid Day and Week purchases do not consume a future Month or Year trial. Once a household has used a trial, cancelling, returning or choosing another plan does not start another trial. Trials already used under earlier offers remain consumed. Checkout displays the exact price, billing frequency and next charge before confirmation.
Daily, weekly and monthly plans: cancel anytime through Manage subscription before renewal to avoid the next charge. Yearly plans: cancel during the free trial to avoid the annual charge. Once the paid year starts, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual billing period, before the next renewal. Scheduled cancellation preserves access until the trial or paid period ends. Immediate cancellation ends subscription access. Day and Week access pauses when a renewal payment fails; Month and Year include seven days from the first overdue payment to resolve it. Payment retries do not restart this grace period. Expiry does not delete saved weeks or family history.
Manage subscription supports payment methods, invoices and cancellation. Changing between plans is not available in the Portal at launch: cancel your current plan and choose another one instead. Historical subscriptions retain their original price; they are not automatically moved to these plans.
Cancelling through Manage subscription stops the next renewal, and your access continues to the end of the period you have already paid for. A duplicate charge or a demonstrable billing error is refunded. Any other refund request is considered individually — write to support@aylablossom.com and explain what happened. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable mandatory consumer law.
Meal images in Little Plate come from one controlled catalogue. Most are generated imagery, created specifically to represent the recipe they appear on; they are not photographs of food actually cooked from the recipe, and they are not a guide to how your own cooking will look.
Our base prices are in CHF and include Swiss VAT. Website conversions are estimates and exclude Stripe’s 2–4% local-currency conversion fee. Stripe shows available payment currencies and the exact charge before confirmation. If you choose a supported local currency, that payment currency remains in use until cancellation, while renewal amounts can vary with exchange rates. Existing subscriptions keep their original terms. Invoices are issued by Raccah Agency, VAT/UID CHE-209.020.027 MWST/TVA, and are available at any time through Manage subscription. Payment is handled by Stripe; Little Plate never sees or stores your card details.
